INGREDIENTS
· 2 bananas chopped and frozen
· 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
· 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
· ¼ cup of shredded coconut
· 1 cup of coconut milk
· ½ cup of water

Makes two 12 ounce servings
Total time: 5 minutes

HOW TO MAKE
Step 1 – Put the strawberries, bananas, chia seeds, coconut milk, shredded coconut and water in a blender. Put the blender on high speed until the texture is smooth and creamy.
