Photos by Only One To Beam Up | Food stylist: Morgan Farmer

Oats help transform this smoothie into a nutrient-rich delight — while adding a nourishing boost that you’ll need after a run. Alongside the oats are bananas and some peanut butter to balance out a drink that skips the berries this time for a creamy treat. Whether you’re cooling down after a sweat session or simply enjoying a moment of indulgence, this smoothie delivers a perfect balance of taste and wellness in every sip.
