INGREDIENTS
· 1 orange, peeled
· 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
· 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
· ½ cup of pomegranate juice
· 2 teaspoons of honey
· 1 scoop of protein powder
HOW TO MAKE
Step 1 – Put the orange, berries, yogurt, pomegranate juice, protein powder and honey in a blender. Set the speed to high and blend until the texture is smooth. Pay extra attention to make sure the protein powder is fully blended.
