INGREDIENTS
· 1 avocado
· ½ of a mango
· 4 soft dried dates
· ½ cup mango flesh
· the juice of 2 limes
· 1 cup of water

Makes two 12 ounce servings
Total time: 5 minutes

HOT TO MAKE
Step 1 – Put the avocado and mango flesh in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high speed until the mixture is perfectly smooth. Adjust the sweetness or tanginess of the smoothie as needed by adding more dates or lime juice.
