This blueberry and oatmeal smoothie offers a cool, convenient way to enjoy all the benefits of oats without the heat. Adding rolled oats to your smoothie gives you a hearty dose of carbs and a thick, creamy texture that fills you up without weighing you down.

INGREDIENTS
· 1 cup of almond milk or fat-free milk
· ½ cup of frozen blueberries
· ¼ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
· ½ cup of fat-free plain Greek yogurt
· 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

HOW TO MAKE
Step 1 – Put the milk, yogurt, blueberries, oats and flaxseed in a blender and crank the speed up to the highest setting. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
