INGREDIENTS
· 1 apple, chopped
· half of one frozen banana
· 1 celery stalk, chopped
· ¼ cup parsley leaves
· 1-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled
· 2 kale leaves, with the stems removed
· ½ of lemon, no seeds, peeled
· 1 cup of ice
· 2 cups of coconut water
HOW TO MAKE
Step 1 – Toss the apple, kale, celery, banana, lemon, parsley, ginger, coconut water and ice in a blender. Set the speed on high for several minutes until the texture of the mix is smooth.
