After numerous sneak peeks, the latest collaboration from Adidas and Bape arrives with the popular Adizero Evo SL trainer in a distinct take on the performance silhouette.
The specs on the Evo SL remain the same as the shoe rides on a lush 39mm stack in the rear with 6mm drop at the front of full-length Lightstrike Pro foam, no carbon plate, super grippy Continental rubber on the outsole in the places it’s needed the most with lightweight engineered mesh on the upper.
From there, the styling is all Bape, with the brand’s giant shooting star logo on the side of the the midsole of the right foot while the left gets a pop of pink on Adidas’ three stripes insignia. Gold accents are tastefully placed below the heel counter, while the inside of the shoe gets another dose of the Bape treatment with its signature camouflage-style pattern.
The Adidas x Bape Adizero Evo SL will be released on June 1 via both brands.
