Marvin Bracy, Taylor Anderson, Mike Bryan, Clarence Munyai, Reece Prescod and Shockoria Wallace were announced as six new sprint additions to the Enhanced Games on Monday, boosting the roster that will compete at the pro-doping competition in Las Vegas on May 24.

The signings continue a wave of recent additions to the upcoming showcase where athletes will be permitted to use banned substances.

Meanwhile, Enhanced’s sprinter group has now grown to ten and is rapidly expanding with seven men and three women.

Bracy, 32, won silver in the men’s 100m at the 2022 world championships and silver as part the men’s 4×100 relay team for the United States. But in November, he was given a four-year ban from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency after admitting to anti-doping rule violations, which included attempting tampering.

After receiving a tip in early 2024, Bracy was given an out-of-competition urine sample which tested positive for testosterone, anabolic agent and he was provisionally suspended on February 5. An additional inquiry that included a joint effort between USADA, the Athletics Integrity Unit and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration uncovered evidence of tampering.

Anderson, 31, ran for the University of Connecticut primarily in the 100m and on relay teams while Bryan, 33, specialized in short sprints (60m, 100m and 200m) while at Texas A&M and Wichita State and also competed for Germany.

Munyai, 27, has appeared in the Olympics twice for South Africa and holds the current national men’s 200m record with a 19.69. Prescod, 29, is coming out of retirement to compete for Enhanced and is a former British champion in the 100 meters and won bronze in the event at the 2018 European Championships. Wallace, 32, has competed for Jamaica internationally.

Enhanced arguably received its biggest athlete jolt in September when Fred Kerley signed with the organization as its first sprinter. He was later joined by Mouhamadou Fall and Emmanuel Matadi and Shania Collins and are part of a larger group of swimmers and weightlifters.

And despite widespread criticism from some the sporting world’s largest governing bodies like the World Anti-Doping Agency, World Aquatics, USA Swimming and France’s Olympic committee, the competition is still expected to take place in May on the Las Vegas strip.

Last week when news of Prescod’s signing with Enhanced became public, UK Athletics and its head Jack Buckner openly condemned the move.

“As a former athlete, I find this particularly appalling,” Buckner said. “Those of us who have competed know what it takes to succeed the right way – through talent, dedication, and respect for the rules. To see a British athlete aligning themselves with an event that celebrates the use of performance-enhancing drugs is profoundly disappointing.”
