A new round of ticket sales for the 2028 Olympics is set to kick off in August, with organizers detailing how fans can get access to the next drop following the first allocation in April.
LA28 officials said that the current registration window via its website is live right now but ends on July 22. Those selected will be notified in early August and actually sales will happen between August 10 and 20.
“These Games belong to Los Angeles and to the world, and we look forward to welcoming fans everywhere to be part of all the incredible moments to come in 2028,” LA28 CEO Reynold Hoover said. “The response from millions of fans makes one thing clear: the world is ready, and so are we.”
A separate presale for Visa cardholder will kick off from July 29-31.
The first wave of ticket sales drew mixed reactions as some buyers cited low inventory, high prices for some events and a 24 percent service fee for purchases.
Over 4 million tickets were sold in the first ticket drop.
