New Balance unveiled a trio of limited edition spikes on Thursday, featuring designs that reflect the unique styles of Quincy Wilson, Gabby Thomas and Parker Valby.

Wilson’s FuelCell SuperComp MDX v3 has a black and gray gradient on the upper, while Thomas’ FuelCell SuperComp MDX v3 pops with a bold pink colorway and Valby’s all-white FuelCell SuperComp LDX has touches of light pink on the lace eyelets and pull tab in the back.

Wilson, the 17-year-old phenom, is already in the midst of his final high school track season at Bullis School in Maryland and created his version of the FuelCell SuperComp MDX v3 that reflects his hometown. He revealed in December that he will commit to the University of Maryland in the fall.

“The grey pays homage to the iconic 990, a staple in the DMV and a nod to where I come from, while the black represents the power and strength I’ve had to lean on through it all,” Wilson said. “This isn’t just a spike, it’s a piece of my story, and I’m honored to share it with you.”

Wilson’s FuelCell SuperComp MDX v3 launches on February 12 for $170.

Thomas leaps into the season in a non-Olympic or world championship year that begins the build up to once again prove that she can dominiate among the world’s best sprinters. Her custom spike is a bold pink colorway that will be hard not to notice on the track this season but also serves as an extension of her style — and personality.

“Running is when I feel the most myself. I feel elegant, strong, anxious, confident, and alive.” Thomas said. “It has taught me so much about myself, and after so many years, it still does. I am still writing my story, and every time I step onto the track, it’s like putting pen to paper. You are unstoppable. You are capable of more than you know. Don’t wait until you feel ready- go chase your dreams now.”

Thomas’ FuelCell MDX v3 launches on February 27 for $170.

Valby enters her second professional season healthy and prepared to make an impact on the track and road as her calendar of events begins to take shape. She took a laid back approach to styling her custom spike with pops of color on the lace eyelets and on the logo.

“Racing is how I express who I am,” Valby said. “Every time I step on the line, I’m chasing the best version of myself – and I want this spike to help you do the same. It’s built for those who dream big and race even bigger. Remember, pressure is a privilege and you’re more than ready for the moment. You’re stronger than you think – good luck out there!”

Valby’s FuelCell SuperComp LDX is available now for $170.
