Fundraising platform GivenGain and AI event registration company Let’s Do This have partnered to create an integrated — and seamless — platform that connects endurance race participants, charities, and event organizers in a single hub.
The move was announced on Friday as both brands will offer and end-to-end method of registration without clutter and finding the fundraising option that’s the right fit.
The collaboration will see real world integration with organizers like Chicago Event Management and the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series, which stages the Chicago Marathon, beginning with the 2027 event cycle.
“This partnership is about removing the barriers that have traditionally separated participation from purpose,” said GivenGain founder and CEO Johannes van Eeden said. “By integrating fundraising directly into the athlete journey, we are unlocking a more connected experience that ultimately drives greater impact for charities around the world.”
Large scale participation events like marathons have soared in recent years and both companies believe the partnership streamlines the process, unlocks real-time connectivity and gives users a range of options that assist how they make charitable impact.
“From day one, our focus has been on helping more people get to start lines and making the experience as seamless as possible,” Sam Browne, co-founder and CEO of Let’s Do This said. “Partnering with GivenGain allows us to connect that experience directly to fundraising in a way that feels natural for participants and powerful for charities. We’re excited to work together to support organizers in growing both participation and impact.”
