Kith founder Ronnie Fieg unveiled his own signature model with New Balance on Sunday, the 2011, his personal push that serves as a continues blur of fashion, lifestyle and performance.
The collaboration comes after over 90 different drops with New Balance over the past 15 years, with the 2011 model designation signifying when KITH was founded in New York City.
Feig shared several sketch and prototypes of the 2011, which he developed with Sam Pearce. He teased the first colorway of what will be a larger collection, teasing the “Leaf Green,” flavor that combines suede and mesh along the upper with the shoe riding on the ABZORB architecture and midsole. The N logo pops in a subtle hint of beige.
A capsule of tees, hoodies, shorts, hats, jackets, water bottles, a bag and socks appears to be on the way with the 2011 — while a release date for the collection has not yet been announced.
